Joules review.

I have been a fan of Joules clothing for a while (especially their fleeces and jackets) and I confess to having a number of their items hanging in both mine and the girls wardrobes.  So as you can imagine I jumped at the opportunity to review some of their products.  This season they have so many lovely things I was spoilt for choice.

Amelie loves pink and like most girls of her age pink and horses are a match made in heaven.  So I chose the Candy Pink Tennis Dress and a pair of spotty girls wellies.  With her expert help I opted for a horse outfit for Harriet and keeping it casual I chose the Womens Chambray dress.

Amelie was so excited when her dress arrived.  She couldn’t wait to wear it to her little friends birthday party.  It has been washed and worn most days since.   I am very impressed with the overall quality of the girls outfits.  The material is so soft and despite being washed countless times they have both retained their shape and colour.

I just love my dress with its pockets and bright red zip at the back.  I have had lots of admiring comments.  I love the fact that you can dress it up or down.  I have worn it loads.  It’s great on the school run with a jumper or dressed up with a jacket for an evening out.

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of some of the stitching in places.  There were a few loose threads which kept catching.  However it hasn’t distracted from the fact that I still love it.
